Good communication from the seller, prompt shipment, and quick shipping time. The product arrived on schedule - arrived a little earlier than expected - as I hoped for to make use of it. The product looks just as it is pictured. Be careful how you use it, though. One of the zippers failed immediately, and the fabric separating the layers ripped while in use - I overpacked it. Those are nothing the seller can do anything about, though - they were great to buy from - A1 seller!
