    The item arrived late, but weather was a concern. Item was as described as well, and I knew the cost before purchase-but I don't think I will shop with this seller again. I realize that a seller has to provide a shipping container etc. for an item, however, $12.99 is too much to ship an item that weighs less than four ounces. I'm not trying to ruin this seller or say their items are not good, but they should have a graduated scale for shipment of parts by size and weight.
