When I reached out to the seller for more info, I was ignored until I filed a claim with eBay three days layer. The seller immediately blamed the post office. When the item finally arrived, I closed my claim only to receive a second long-winded and rude message from the seller. The item was well-packaged and as described, but those were the only positives.
