    The item came well packaged and as described, it came with the wrong bracket and cable but that was as expected. The condition was great and looked brand new, it just slotted in and worked once I changed the bracket and cable. Sold for a great price!     Used MacBook Pro optical drive in working condition as described. Well-packed to ship. Arrived early and intact. Had been pulled from a different model than my target laptop, so I had to swap in one connector and one bracket from the dead drive I was replacing in order to install it (which is not a problem). Drive reads and plays audio CDs and DVDs (single- and dual-layer) with no problems. Have not tested writing but I presume it will work, Excellent price, excellent value. Very happy!
