Great communication. Was prompt about informing me they were back ordered on the green color pads, asked if I would prefer a different color. (I picked blue) very beautifully made, nice and light. The medium pony fits my 10.2 pony well, other than the throat latch is on the tight side, however my pony Poptart is very voluptuous which I’m sure doesn’t help! �� This harness doesn’t come with a check in case others are wondering! Would recommend! Very happy with my purchase!
