The seller was responsive and shipped the 12 pack of shells I ordered in a very timely manner. Only two of the arrived broken, which is amazing because they are very fragile and shipped from WA state to TX. I had plans for breaking up sea shells for a project so that was fine with me. Also, they actually shipped 15 shells instead of the 12 I ordered, which was very thoughtful!! I hope you go beach combing again because I will be happy to buy more! 5 out of 5 stars.
