    Keeping it simple is sometimes best.

    This little pedal is great for playing solo and adding chords and melodic lines on the fly. As a practice tool, it is excellent. You can record some chord changes and play scales and arpeggios to your hearts content. Repetitive practice is where this excels. Performing is also easy... just one button controls both recording and playback. I like this better than some fancier loopers I have. I use this one most of the time. It can be powered by a 9 volt battery and a little connector (my favorite). It can also be powered by an a/c adapter.

    Meh

    It functions fine as a looper but I lost gain and tone just by putting it in my signal path. Also, when it plays back a loop it’s at a much lower level than the live signal, even with the loop volume at full blast. I would have to turn down my bass volume to keep from drowning it out.

    Great looper.. simple to use and fun to practice with.. Only thing is you need to buy a 9 volt power supply separate but I found one on eBay for under 10 bucks ..

    Affordable Introduction to Looping

    I use this with a mixer output, into a channel for playback and I get perfect volume output with this. If you just plug an instrument into it and then to an amp the volume can be an issue for some. It is an affordable introduction to looping. So far it has worked pretty good. If I was going to really work with one for a live situation might look for a better one thou. You do not get a power supply with it so you have to consider this when buying cause your gonna need one if you don't have it. Standard 9volt pedal supply. Still a good value for now, time will tell if it keeps ticking.

    those clever electrons

    I don't often wirte reviews for stuff like this, but this little pedal is really good. I'm amazed at how much it can do and how easy it is to use. With the software installed on my Windows10 computer, I can transfer recorded wav files from the pedal to my PC (file transfer is slow, but it works) - then import the file to Audacity DAW and add other stuff. great little device. sound quality is good - not quite studio quality, but good. I'll use it mostly as a scratchpad device, although I've already used it to record a few entire songs. you can't remix parts after - it is what it is. But it works great for what it is.
