So half of my led strip went out... No big deal.... I contacted seller. He asked a question, I responded within minutes. He takes 23 hours to respond with another question. I answer within minutes. He takes another 23 hours to respond. Finally after a few days of his horrible communication he says he will refund me. A week goes by and I had to ask for it again. Then he sends half. What? This is my first negative feedback that I know of. Horrible ebayer.
