Never fear, because Crash Bandicoot is back and better than ever with new combat moves in Crash of the Titans for the PS2, the 14th installment in this series. Use a combination of flying kicks, flurrying punches, and dizzying spins to defeat the mutant monsters. Block or dodge Cortex's attacks and then strike back with a light-powered or heavy-powered attack of your own. You can chain your attacks together into a devastating combo move. Combat in this game requires timing, reflexes, and the memorization of enemy patterns.The Titans you face throughout the game are much tougher than regular enemies, and it requires extra effort to defeat them. After weakening a Titan in battle, players can hitch a ride atop the beast to take full advantage of the creature's powerful attributes and attacks that help clear the way of other enemies. The largest Titans are immune to Crash's attacks; they will require the help of a smaller Titan to defeat them. Every time you defeat an enemy or destroy an object in the game, a substance called Mojo is released. After collecting enough Mojo, you can earn new moves or upgrade existing ones to deal with more powerful enemies.In Crash of the Titans, players must search through and overcome 20 distinct levels and five different worlds, including Wumpa Island, Lumber Yard, N. Sanity Island, and the inside of a gigantic Uka Tree. Completing each level will give you access to a mini-game arena, where you can earn different rankings and unlock new features. The world is more interactive than ever before, and players can wall-run, swing from ropes, and jump off springboards. This game has streamlined controls and a completely new set of moves. Crash Bandicoot is now more equipped than ever to save his siblings, Coco Bandicoot and Crunch Bandicoot, from the clutches of the evil Doctor Neo Cortex. He has the skills to defeat the Titan menace and avoid certain doom once and for all.What really sets this PlayStation game apart from a lot of other games is the multiplayer co-op mode, which allows a second person to play as the white-furred Carbon Crash Bandicoot. In the Piggyback Mode, each player carries a backpack, and one player can hide inside the other player's backpack whenever they want, so the players don't get in each other's way. The second game mode is called Leapfrog. Every time the person in control of the main character leaps or jumps, he is forced to switch places with the person in the backpack, which can easily throw off or disorient a player's timing and add to the mayhem and fun.Crash of the Titans was developed by Radical Entertainment and published by Sierra Entertainment for the Sony PlayStation 2. Fun, but it wears out quickly - try the Wii version
I purchased this game because I have loved the Crash Bandicoot series since the first Playstation came out. In this game, you fight enemies and after you stun them, you jump on their back and take control of their abilities. Each enemy has a power that is better suited for certain situations, and initially this is quite a lot of fun. But as you take over more and more enemies, you notice that the attack moves don't really change much, so things become rather repetative. This game is one that younger kids will enjoy - I would say age ten or younger only. Even when played on "hard" it's not much of a challenge. NOTE: This game is MUCH MORE FUN on the Wii if you are planning to purchase it. The control system on the Wii gives it a bit of flare that it just ... this crash bandicoot series is A+++++ . all game sin this series is aesome. it has adventures,you need to use your brain,learn new moves,how to control things.get through level to level.hard to walk away after playing this for a hour or two!.very enjoyable. you'll enjoy this game,this series just gets better and better as they come out.i waited for this game to come fo rsome time~and i was dissappointed waiting :) remember-keep munchies on hand and drinks nearby!this crash bandicoot series is A+++++ . all game sin this series is aesome. it has adventures,you need to use your brain,learn new moves,how to control things.get through level to level.hard to walk away after playing this for a hour or two!.very enjoyable. you'll enjoy this game,this series just gets better and better as they come out.i waited for this game to come fo rsome time~and i was dissappointed waiting :) remember-keep munchies on hand and drinks nearby!

THE REASON I PURCHASED CRASH OF THE TITAN IS---MY GRANDSON IS A CRASH BANDICOOT ADDICT!! WE HAVE ALL THE CRASH GAMES AS FAR BACK AS 1997!!! SO IT'S NO SUPRISE THAT I BOUGHT THIS ONE!! Crash of the Titans for PS2
This game is alot of fun. Crash meets up with his old nemisis again. New action with Crash being able to use the powers of the villans he defeats. My daughter is just starting to play video games and can probably play better than me. Easy to follow, multi skill level choice. Great for the beginner, intermediate or pro.

I bought this game for my Nephew and we Play it all the time. We loved the game so much we purchased a copy of this game for his home and my home. It really occupies his time and to be honest my time as well. This is a great family game and is fun for all. If you dont have this game you should get one now...... fun adventure add to your collection !!!!!
