The seller was very easy to work when a problem arose. Someone ripped open the package, probably thinking or hoping it was a cell phone, and broke the ornament in the process. I took pictures and she immediately offered to replace it. I am awaiting the new one that is in the mail now. Customer service is easy when nothing goes wrong. So this was good service to solve the problem, and quickly!
