The item came earlier than the expected time. The phone has no signs of any defects. Looks brand new. Not sure how it functions, it hasn't been activated yet. The only issue I see is that there was nothing in the box to secure it. It was moving in the box as I was walking with it. I can't imagine what it went through getting here so I have to give 4 stars. If it had been secured I would have given a 10 although there's only 5 stars.

All chargers were as described…only one had a crimped cord but it is working so far. It just got packaged too tightly probably from factory… they arrived a little later than I was hoping, but we had a lot of bad weather across the US so totally understand I would buy from this seller again. I was kept notified every time there was an update of when it would arrive to. The communication was very good.
