    A great Mexican Cookbook

    I have had mine for years, and decided to buy one for my grandson who is about to graduate college and go out on his own and wanted to learn how to cook. Also bought one for my daughter-in-law. The Spanish rice is great.

    cookbooks I love

    I had quite a few of the All-Time Favorite Cookbooks. Hurricane Katrina destroyed my home and took all my cookbooks as well as everything else I owned. I was so happy to find the cookbooks that I had in my collection. My husband and I use these books quite often, because of the easy and tasty recipes. We like cookbooks with pictures of the dish that we want to cook. I would recommend these to anyone who is starting out cooking as they are easy to read and understand.

    Better Homes and Gardens Mexican Cook Book (1977)

    I bought this cook book because my parents had one and used so many recipes from it. The recipes are pretty much authentic recipes and are very comparable to the food you find in Mexico. Even though this is an old book...the recipes are still better than ever. Better than most you find in cook books now.
