    For the price they are hard to beat

    I got a 07 Explorer ST that had a bad stutter between 40-60mph almost felt like the transmission, mechanic told me it's a common problem for the 4.6 and 5.4 V8s and its usually the coils. I was nervous on getting these due to the low price but once installed the truck fired right up and I'm happy to report the 40-60mph stutter is gone and to make things better the truck has a much sharper throttle response. I'm not sure how long they will last me but thus far im very happy with these coils and highly recommend them for those that are trying to resolve a problem for the mean time. Update: one of the coils has started to misfire under light load at 45mph just like the older ones although admittedly the misfire is very faint as compared to the huge misfire from the old OEM set. Still ...

    Coils are junk. Do not waste your money.

    Bad product. Once they get warm they stop working. Multiple misfire. My truck ran worse. Pulled them out threw in trash. Bought new ones from advance auto. Truck runs brand new.

    Great Buy! BUT WAIT!! THERE IS MORE.

    Found these for my truck, that was giving me codes for Cyl 2 and 6. Installed these and my truck is running like new and all codes have disappeared. Great value and good quality. Definitely would recommend these! No longer reccomend these. Got these in August! End of September Cyl.#8 failed, started missing. Coil pack tested as a dead short. Replaced with new different unit. Yesterday, Cyl.#2 failed, again internally shorted. These coil packs are now at a 25% failure rate, which is a junk part. Won't be surprised when another coil pack fails. Means I will have to ride with a OBD reader plugged in. Last failure occured while on highway at 70 mph. Lesson learned. Ordered MSD Coils.
