    Very disappointed, highly unrecommend!

    1. Does not stay secure in the ear, especially during the sport activities, and a very high risk of losing the earbud. Dropping one of the earbuds at least 2-3 times during simple walking. Forget about running or cycling. 2. Quality of reception when in the phone call mode is horrible and have a tendency of dropping the call. 3. Earbuds do not hold the charge 7.5 hrs as promised in the manual - 2.5 hours at best. 3. Sound basically has no bass! Phone app Jabra Sound + designed to customize sound settings is IMPOSSIBLE to get connected with the earbuds. I tried like hundred times-does not connect! 4. The whole thing is extremely unfunctional and grossly overhyped. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED! Its a waist of money!

    Disappointing

    When the product works, it's great -- the problem is that it cuts in and out regularly. It's also hard to fit the ear pieces in so they stay -- when they come out while running it's a high risk of losing one down a street grate or the like. Also, the left one seems to cut out on its own and then it can be hard to repair them without the charging case. Overall I really wanted to like these. Poissibly I got a dud pair but I'm definitely returning!

    Bottom line, these do the job well

    The medium size of the earbuds fit my ears comfortably, no adjustment necessary. Excellent sound quality and I like that I can easily engage "hear through," a feature whereby background noise filters through, either for convenience or safety (while in traffic, for example). I've only had these for a week or two and still am exploring all of the features, but the ones I've tried, I like.
