Fasting would be better
You loose weight because you're not eating, but once you implement food back in your diet you gain it back, so I'm not sure that it really works. The B2 that's in it is what changes your urine color. It didn't curve my appetite any and I still craved sugar. I think fasting with just water would have been better.

This is a great plan for me when I want to lose weight. I can lose weight fast and feel full for a few days then taper off to 1 or 2 drinks a day. I fix it cold with ice, almond milk and a little stevia. It gives me good protein.
