Four point contact is more stable
Carex makes a quality product and the safety rails work well. There is four point contact with the floor which makes this version much more stable than the type that only have two point contact.

After surgery and no weight barring on one leg, this is the perfect product. Can easily get on and off toilet, with this hand rail system. This also would be great just for stability for older people.

Solid construction. Easily assembled and/or disassembled for compact transportation. Sturdy when in use, yet easily moved out of the way when not needed. Can be used as a walker, though the instructions disavow this, probably for liability issues. Great value.
