The seller assumed that I would pick up the product in NC, even though I had paid for shipment. I contacted the seller and made him aware of the delay in the delivery. The seller realized the confusion and sent 11 T-joints (instead of 12) and paid for the delivery. Communication was good, the seller was very responsive. The products were new as described in the ad.
