    A really expensive tool for such a small job, but it saved me a lot of time! I already had a homemade version, but it was harder to use and overdue for replacement. Took me less than 30 minutes to replace one side, including jacking up the car and taking the wheel off. Nothing beats using a tool made from a shiny (at least for now) solid piece of machined aluminum. Worked perfect on my X1 E84 2009

    Perfect tool for the job. Exactly as described, this little jig looks like it's crafted out of a solid piece of aluminum: great quality. I was hammering on my E91 front ball joint for a whole afternoon and it wouldn't budge. Using this tool - I had it out in 2 minutes. 100% recommend it; absolutely must-have for E9X xdrive front ball joints. If you are replacing yours, just buy this thing.
