    Works great, built sturdy, and is as quiet as wall supply will allow.

    First off, let's address the 5 string 'bassist's' review. It sounds more like someone doesn't have a power conditioner. That's bassists for you; too cheap to buy strings but have plenty of money for weed and beer and always have a strong and incorrect idea of reality. And can rarely actually play their instrument. The power supply works fantastic and use it for a tubescreamer to drive my preamp section a bit when recording. My noise floor is no higher than before I used it. Any unconditioned electrical source is going to add noise. That's why there's power conditioners. This will drive your pedals fine and seems to be of solid construction. The extra long cable length is awesome. For the price, it's a great deal.

    quality

    This adapter has a heavier cord than other adapters I've bought , It seems to be less likely to kink , some I've had would kink easily and end up shorting out . I've only had it for a week but I think it will last longer than most others . Also has a longer cord than other brands come with .

    GOOD, WELL BUILT power supply

    I have been using mine for 7+ gigs per week, I even had someone step on its connector, bending it. Still works as well as it did when I bought it over 2yrs ago. In fact, it has lasted already much longer than my original BOSS and the ONE SPOT I had bought to replace it.
