This real Sthil D-starter handle fits perfectly into the starter cover socket. Will fit at least an XL gloved hand. Handle contour provides a solid grip. Light weight design. This is a must-have accessory when installing a big-bore, high compression kit. I deleted my base gasket and have 0.023" piston-to-head clearance. Standard starter handle pops through my fingers causing pain. D-handle is the right answer.

Easier starting grip
Just what I needed. When you're tired or trying to pull start a chainsaw with wet gloves, the "D" handle allows you a firm grip with less effort than the standard "T" handle
