Great customer service. I ended up having to return the item because I just couldn't get it to work, but they offered a lot of support. Return and refund happened quickly. I did think the item description was a bit misleading as it was described as an unlocked phone, and there were actually a couple of steps that had to be taken to unlock it once received. But I don't think the phone was the problem-- I'm pretty sure it was user error, but I just couldn't get it unlocked.
