No straps, frame or waist belt included. Finding the shoulder straps and waist belt in UCP is very difficult. Even finding them in other patterns in decent condition is hard. I knew that before I bought it. I love the size of the medium ruck though and have a complete one in OCP. I’ll probably just use it as a gear bag for my truck.
