    Not really efficient.

    Good length, nice smell but gets cold too quickly. Could be given the width of these items it just isn't possible to keep in the heat for any length of time. Cuddly toys stuffed with beads last longer, I guess because they are wider/deeper? But can't put them round your neck.

    Looks nice, good length, should work well as we have used these wheatbags before and they are excellent at giving warm to acheing areas
