Item doesn’t work any more after a month and a few day after purchase. Contact seller and he returned an email just saying that the return request is closed and no more comunicación after that.

Not new or open box. The top of the drive is slightly bent down and you can see when looking straight at it... It also had two places where it was marked with a sharpie one being on the top which is very annoying. Also base is scratched as though it was used plenty. It did work when first plugged in so at least its not a dud. The sharpie on top was a bummer but with some elbow grease it should come off. Overall it is a working superdrive but it was not in the condition stated in the listing.
