      Dear seller as we have spoken trough messaging the item you’ve sent me doesn’t match the description with the product you have advertised. It doesn’t have the rubber grip handle and you have given me the excuse that your manufacture doesn’t fabricate the one with the rubber grip handle. If this is the case you shouldn’t be advertising it then and save us customers from all the trouble with having to return it. I am not happy 😡

      Good but not brilliant - potato can spill out over the top

      Useful gadget, works very well but it doesn't press all the potato through and much spills out over the top. If this design feature was rectified, it would be much better. Good sturdy product though.

      Robust but easy to use

      Had been looking for one of these for some time as a friend has had one for years and loves it (but couldn't remember what it was called!). Delighted when I found it. It's quality is very good indeed. It's robust, easy to use, does what is claimed for it, and very easy to clean. I wouldn't be without it now.

      Great item

      Was unsure about ordering this as have had a potato ricer in the past, different type, and it was useless. However this is great, solidly made and easy to use and clean, yes a little of the potato doesn't go through, but very little is wasted. The resulting mash is really smooth and creamy, does a brilliant job.

      Well built ricer i have since buying thoroughly tested this item . Easy to use and to clean also suits a busy family kitchen , Even better when bulk cooking. This ricer from first unpacking , you could tell the quality and the reliability will be the same every time it is used. I am proud of owning such a quality product that makes undeniably the best , smoothest mash potato i've ever had. I WILL NEVER USE A MASHER AGAIN.

      Saves time

      Nice strong tool. Makes mash easy and is very quick to use. Only downside is it's a pig to wash unless it goes in water to soak straight after use. Comes out nice and clean from the dishwasher.
