This is a great phone, even though it is not new anymore. I do believe the specs match up with most of the newer flagships. It is beautiful and very quick. The battery life is kinda so-so, but the quick charge capability makes up for that. It's probably because it has 12gbs of RAM. It's a really powerful phone. Highly recommended.

This is probably the best phone I've ever owned, and I've had a lot going way back to my Motorola V60 in 2003! This phone is nearly 3 years old and it still holds up to today's phones, even outdoing many on the market currently. The chipset is a Snapdragon 855+ which includes a 700MHz variant of the Adreno 640 GPU, 25MHz faster than the standard Adreno 640 on the 855 chipset. It has 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. The screen is 6.67" corner to corner. It's a beautiful 16 million color, AMOLED, 90MHz refresh rate, 1440x3120 (2k) screen and is uninterrupted by a hole or notch because it has a pop-up for its front facing camera. OnePlus went so far with this phone that they even made the pop up camera pop back down if it detects the phone falling. I tried it on my couch and it works. It was also one of the earlier phones to adopt 5g. The rear camera takes great photos and the front is decent for Zoom or whatever. It's currently on Android 11 and it should be receiving Android 12 soon. I'm writing this long review after owning the phone for years because it's finally time to replace the battery and I'm looking for one on eBay. I should have left this review years ago. This model did have battery problems when it was first released with the battery draining very quickly. They fixed that problem with an update long ago. The 4085 mAh battery lasts 2 days of normal use for me (before this one needed replacing). Besides still being powerful and having a lot of storage even by today's standards, it's also a beautiful phone. I still get compliments on it. I keep it in a clear case because I don't like covering up the colors and design on the back. If you're thinking of buying the OnePlus 7t Pro McLaren in 2022 or even 2023, and you can get a decent one at a good price, I'd say go for it. You won't be disappointed.Read full review

Really, this is probably the best phone i've ever had. More memory 256Gb, RAM 12 Gb and features-- along with Android 11 and no Carrier bloatware. A good combination.

got this unit expecting just screen blemishes as per the description. arrived with a tiny hairline scratch, 5g connectivity trouble, and a half day battery. NOT disappointed for the price - 5g works, just a little spotty. screen looks great after applying a protector. Screen blemishes fade with time. I recommend this experience if you need a oneplus mclaren.
