I think I can clearly speak for any customer that has opened one of the type mailing envelopes you use when I say, USE NORMAL ONES! The kind you use Explode with insulation type gobs of dust that go in every direction when you open them. I just had to vacuum my living room and couch off from the mess they make, so please start using regular bubble wrap ones. Your customers will appreciate it. Everything else was excellent.

    Pleased on all fronts!

    Contrary to many reviews I have read, I find this product great all around. I love the safe ingredients. It has a very mild taste. If using the charcoal whitening, it could stain clothing or other items if you aren't careful to prevent splattering while brushing (I use an electric tooth brush and have not had a problem). It does not take much so it will actually last a relatively long time. And I have not had any leaks from the bottle/jar (I have read of others having leakage/sweating from the bottle/jar - haven't been able to understand that).
