Paid and delivered the rebuilt compressor with a bad clutch assembly. Slips when the engine is idles and making noise. Auto Mechanic Shop says they are going to charge me the twice for the job if I replace it.

Customer failed to mention that the shop that installed the compressor, over filled the compressor with oil, causing the compressor to hydro lock which is why the clutch is slipping. The compressor failed due to improper installation.

Bought an AC compressor from this seller, I installed it in my car and the compressor was no good, started making really weird noises that won’t go away when the AC is in use.

Another youtube mechanic that installed the compressor incorrectly. The customer added twice the amount of oil to the compressor than it takes and the noise was the compressor hydro locking....

Excellent communication with seller. Fairly fast shipping via postal service. However, upon opening the box, the wire to the AC clutch was pinched/compromised. and a return process started to just get a full refund. May have been damaged during shipping, but they used expanding foam packing to maximize product from damage. So if you find a problem, please be patient for them to reply & resolve your issue. Also, it's imperative that you follow installation procedures for the warranty!

While the wrong part was sent, they provided a return shipping label and a full refund nice I shipped back. While I didn’t get the fix I needed they did handle the issue great and I would recommend them as a good ebayer to buy from. They stand behind their product and offer great customer service.
