  • Good start up book.

    This is a good book for a person just starting a walking workout program. I was a distance runner before I had back surgery and needed a less stressful program to get back into a program that would keep me fit. There are a lot of similarities in the walking program compared to a running program. The author covers a lot of areas in this book. I feel it is well written.
