    Works

    Paid a little more for an OEM part. Original lasted 7+ years before I lost speed 1 on my blower fan. Easy swap out. Just hope this one lasts at least another 7 years. My only complaint is that while cheap, these basic resistors probably cost them a few bucks to make, so the mark up is huge.
