    The item is great but I have an issue with the listing. The listing said shipment would be by FedEx and would arrive within 4 days. Instead, the item was shipped postal and took a week and a 20 mile drive to the post office to get to me. I chose this seller specifically because the listing said FedEx and I needed the item ASAP since I had already ordered the same item TWICE from other sellers and was sent the wrong item BOTH times. Try to do better in the future. Details matter . . .

    Happily surprised!

    I bought a bike ('99 BMW f650) which had conventional damper rod forks. Which sucked. I was leery of the claims of the fork emulator. However, the directions were amazingly logical. I made two tries on the adjustment of the emulator, both adjustments meant pulling the cap and fork springs to get to the emulator. And, I changed the fork oil. (Start with 5 wt.) After two tried at adjustment I have forks which can handle squared off bumps and ripples in the road surface and NOT dive excessively under hard braking. These things will work if you have a little patience!!!

    One of the best upgrades

    Added these to my Honda VTX 1300C and the end result was phenomenal. The ride is much more controlled and the front feels planted. I did this on the suggestion of some other VTX owners and I only wish I had done it much earlier.

    Racetech gold valves recomended

    SV650S 2005, improved handling remarkably although I kept the standard springs. Used the standard settings that gave quite a hard ride. Will try some adjustments and maybe lighter fluid once I have some time. Very happy.

    Fantastic product changed the handling of my bike and improved the off road ability. Would recommend these to anyone with standard forks that are looking for the ability to tune them and reduce the harshness of standard forks.
