ECM provided did not work for my vehicle and vendor will not accept return/refund. Purchased through Ebay Motors that noted it was a fit for my specific vehicle prior to placing the order. I provided make, model, year, engine transmission etc. Item was not installed and is in same condition as provided. Requesting Ebay assistance with vendor to provide refund upon return.

My store does not participate in the failure prone fitment guide EBAY offers. The buyer did not ever reach out for any help with questions pertaining to fitment, The buyer was in fact offered the correct ECM as needed to resolve this issue. He choose to ignore the existing return policy and tried open a return that EBAY denied. The ECMs installation security label was broken when it was actually installed by him. The buyer refused any help and choose to try to bull his way through all of this.
