Included were excellent pairing instructions. In this case however the controller on the base was inoperable so new remote could not fix the mechanism. When I called Matt he walked me through the steps to determine that was the case. Excellent e-bay vendor and was great to do business with, even though in this case remote needed to be returned.

It is a scam that they say free returns and then give only $15 for it.
