I am having issues with the original keyboard that came with my surface, and I was hoping it would be fixed by buying a different one. However, the seller did a great job packing the product very securely, so I appreciate that, and when the product did not connect with my surface, they promptly sent a free return label, and I was able to send it back to them for a full refund. Great customer service.
