Didn't like that it took so long to arrive from the West coast to the east (2 wks!) Or that it started w/Fed Ex ground (never again!) then switched to USPS THAT was a nightmare! Anyhoo, the taste is disgusting but I had to use mind over matter to quickly get it down & not throw up but got through it & the Psyllium powder mixed w/the Bentonite Clay works well. You get a great amount of Psyllium powder which will last you a good long time. Mine will last probably 2-3 years as I I'll only be using it VERY sparingly on an AS needed basis. Try it. Yup...this is solid stuff. Doing my business has become much easier, so to speak. Takes a couple of days to kick in if you're very constipated. But then regular intake keeps everything moving nicely.

Not metamucil but still a great product
Not a flavourless metamucil if that is what you're expecting, but still a great product with its own merits. Does not dissolve as thoroughly as Metamucil and is not as finely ground so it's a little grittier, however it does not have that over sweetened taste that most of the metamucil products have. Great for adding to a wider variety of drinks where you don't want a strong fruity sweet taste added and for an addition to your "juicing" regimen. Not a flavourless metamucil if that is what you're expecting, but still a great product with its own merits. Does not dissolve as thoroughly as Metamucil and is not as finely ground so it's a little grittier, however it does not have that over sweetened taste that most of the metamucil products have. Great for adding to a wider variety of drinks where you don't want a strong fruity sweet taste added and for an addition to your "juicing" regimen.
