    The First Year-Lupus by Nancy C. Hanger

    A very informative book for people newly diagnosed with Lupus giving them an idea of what to expect from the doctor, their body and treatments used. Does not cover much in the way of alternative choices in treatment. Wouldn't recommend for someone who has had Lupus for several years as it will rehash what you already know. Excellent for the newly diagnosed.
