I think the title of the book sums it up quite nicely..
This book has been in print for over 12 years but it's just as relevant today is it was when it was written, and perhaps even more so. Dr. Lipton delves into the science of how our thinking and belief controls our behavior and even affects our DNA and our cellular structure, and hence our growth on the planet. When we change our belief, we change our entire reality for worse or better, and we have control over which one that is. This book has been in print for over 12 years but it's just as relevant today is it was when it was written, and perhaps even more so. Dr. Lipton delves into the science of how our thinking and belief controls our behavior and even affects our DNA and our cellular structure, and hence our growth on the planet. When we change our belief, we change our entire reality for worse or better, and we have control over which one that is.

A perfect, compact statement of the core of this book!
The author has done an excellent job of combining, life experience, humor, and clear, accurate science in this text. I appreciate how he has made this book easy to comprehend for the novice in science/medicine. His humor brings it home very well and does not detract from the knowledge given. He does get slightly into Gaia - the earth as goddess/god, and alludes to all living things as god types, but he is allowed this in his theorizing, since he makes this clear this is his opinion. He however does not theorize in his science; he clearly gives scientific data for his conclusions that our mind, emotions, attitude will change our life body, soul, and spirit. He deals with the holes in the DNA/Gene/Genome project and the why of it. He covers cell biology, gene theory, and the ... This book is a definite positive for anyone to read, whether they are dealing with disease, vaccinations, emotional trauma, or relationship issues. I find that this information greatly supports the energy therapy of NLP, EFT, and GNM - they work together like a hand in glove. Bruce Lipton is a pioneer in his field and his scientific study will open many doors to a healthier and more functional body and ultimately world.

Reading this book makes it very clear that there is no polarity between science and religion, only between the people that need to attach to one or the other. Dr. Lipton writes in a very simple and engaging manner, leaving the reader to understand how matter without energy and energy without matter is simply a figment of the non-imagination of the 'old' science. This is a must read for anyone who cares about any aspect of humanity!Reading this book makes it very clear that there is no polarity between science and religion, only between the people that need to attach to one or the other.
