A "Must Have" for all your relationships...married or not.
The reason I purchased this book was to help my marriage. My husband and I have been married almost 4 years now, and it seemed as if we were beginning to have a lot of little disagreements in areas that we never did before. Some friends in our church circle asked if we were familiar with this book - we were not. They said that it would help us to understand each other better because everyone has a different "love language". I immediately went online and got the book at a very reasonable cost. My husband and I are currently reading a chapter a night together; I believe we are growing closer together in our relationship and it is opening us to a better understanding of how every individual is unique in how they both receive and give love and affection. I've heard so much about this book for years. Just on a whim I decided to buy and found this shorter version. I'm so glad I did. The read is quick as a snap. That night I left it beside the recliner and found my husband reading within an hour. It has sparked conversation. Being that we are hitting our six year mark in our marriage, we needed that little pick me up. This was just the reminder we needed. I think when a relationship is new we hit all those love languages and as we get comfortable those little love signs get fewer and far between. I recommend this book highly. Just to have to remind us every now and again that sometimes a simple I Love YOu can be expressed in different ways.I've heard so much about this book for years. Great pocket size version, but go for the gold and read the full version
The little pocket size version is great for guys like me that doesn't read too often. But this 80 page version in not as indept as the full blown 208 page version which I will read next. Save your time and go straight the full version if you are reading the book for it's main intention.. to learn the five languages of LOVE..

Great book for any relationship!!
This is a great book. I would recogmend it to anyone, it does not just have to be in order to help a relationship between couples. It has also proven helpful with the relationship between my husband and I with our four children. Everyone has a love language, man woman boy and girl and this book will help you understand the best way to show love to the ones you love.
