The author really knows this condition and how to treat it without the nasty "side effects" of prescription drugs. Gets down to the cellular level; how it can start; ALL the symptoms; supplements; where to go for specialised treatment; even how to apply for disability. He sounds like he may have had it himself. Focuses more on recovery than just treating symptoms. Also has some good analogies and much needed comic relief.The author really knows this condition and how to treat it without the nasty "side effects" of prescription drugs. Gets down to the cellular level; how it can start; ALL the symptoms; supplements; where to go for specialised treatment; even how to apply for disability. He sounds like he may have had it himself. Dr.T's knowledge and gathering of all the available information on this subject really is fantastic. It has tons of resources and ideas for helping yourself, not just relying on Dr's who don't get it. I would highly recommend reading this if these are your issues.

Great book, however, the cover pictured is green, which is a different edition. The actual book I received is yellow, which his the 3rd edition. So the information is not entirely accurate. I am taking off one star, due to incorrect/misleading information.
