    Great Book! Good story and content

    This book by Arnold Schwarzenegger has both his story from a young age and his early days and his launch into bodybuilding fame, as well as a “guide” of sorts to bodybuilding. The first half is well written and and entertaining, the second half of the book, which is his explanation and depiction of exercises is informative and well written as well.

    It' about Arnold's whole life. The beginning to .now

    I like weight lifting and want to learn technics from the best. Arnold's technics and form of lifting is still followed today. What I dislike about the book, is it wasn't enough on form. I decided to buy this product because it's about Arnold, no need to say more.
