    5 Star Movie

This is the best version of Wuthering Heights. With Ralph Fiennes and Juliet Binoche. Soundtrack by Ryuichi Sakomoto. 5 stars movie!

  • Wuthering Heights

The reason I bought Wuthering Heights is because I wanted to see all the movies that Timothy Dalton has performed in. He is my favorite male actor. He is one of the sexiest actors in Hollywood, and is an excellent actor as well. His role as Rhett Butler in "Scarlett" was his best, in my opinion. You will enjoy every movie he is in. Wuthering Heights was one of his earlier films, and he does an excellent job with that, too. Also check out "Jane Eyre."

  • Strong Characters with enthralling story.

I have loved this story since first reading it. This movie version is top notch. The actors are cast in character perfectly. You can feel the tension and are caught up in the personalities. You cannot be freed until the last scene.

  • Wuthering Heights 1970 starring Timothy Dalton

Emily Bronte Classic! This epic love story, beautifully portrayed with Timothy Dalton and Anna Calder- Marshall is dramatically captured in gorgeous color! I saw this film when it came out in 1970. I have been looking for it ever since. I have FINALLY found it 38 years later! I watched it again, and it does not disappoint! It is timeless! It had the same impact on me as when I first saw it in 1970. Beautifully romantic storyline, great actors, a great classic! I love this version! It is dramatic, suspenseful, and fulfilling! HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND! FIVE STARS!*****

  • The Ghost and Mrs. Muir

What a great story...this is one of the classics. I do believe that Mrs. Muir lost her mind after the death of her husband and the ghost was her imaginary friend. It shows how we all need someone and something to believe in when we are faced with grief and circumstances...she loved in the pure way and used the strength of her belief to keep her going...in the end, whether it be the Ghost or some other spirit sent to fetch her, she was not alone. Maybe it was the Ghost, maybe it was the spirit of her dead Husband, maybe it was her father...maybe it was GOD!
