    Not the best, but I'm still a fan.

    First off let me say that I am a big Dean Koontz fan. I love his books. With that being said, this book wasn't his best. For for me it just was a little too slow paced. It seemed to be going nowhere for the first two thirds of the book and then you get drawn into the story. It finished a lot better than it started.
