I returned both books with the return forms. I paid $103 for both books and was refunded $59. They're unapologetic, honestly they could care less about your concerns. They also ignored my last email when I sent them proof of shipment and that they received it. They practically robbed me for $43 ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
