Awesome product, beautifully designed and created. Long story short, I've been looking for different ways to regain and improve my health for past 5 years. This is probably the best product I've seen since the TDP magic heat lamp came out like 20yrs ago. Both work great for reducing back pain. The FIR Amethyst Belt stacks up to my TDP magic heat lamp. The belt is better in the following ways 1) I can control the both the temperature and the timer, and that makes this a much safer product esp. if I fall asleep while using it; I set duration to max of 1 hour 2) it does not risk drying or burning my skin unlike the heat lamp 3) it is safer especially if you have small kids, as the TDP lamp can get very hot, and you won't want kids to touch it; the belt has no mechanical screws that can come ... I highly recommend this product. Update: 3/2/2020 I just upgraded to the new photon belt. It's fantastic. It's comes at a great time too because I haven't been able to visit my physical therapist for 2wks, and I get a lot of tightness in my lower back areas from too much sitting in front of a computer to do work daily. I can literally feel it soothe away the pains and tightness immediately. With the photon belts, the LED plus the PEMF make it heat up faster and work much faster than my older belt. The photon belt will not replace stretching and exercise, but it is really awesome. This photon belt is also bigger and heavier due to large size, and more stones. It's beautifully designed and stitched together. Since it's heavier, you will want to sit or lay down with it, rather than stand alot with it on. It comes with two shoulder straps if you want to use them; i don't use them. My only regret is I didn't get this earlier when it first came out and I noticed it on amazon. If you're looking for a device to relief your back pain, look no further; this is the best product you can get for yourself at a very reasonable price considering the quality and workmanship. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. I also got their knee wrap version which also works wonders.
