I have used far-infrared heating pads for many years. This is the third and best one I have purchased. The mat comes with a nice carrying case, a cover, and a pad that can be placed between the mat and the user. The instruction booklets are very detailed. They explain how to begin using the mat and how to gradually increase heat and length of time it should be used. As you can see from my pictures, the electrical part of the unit is very sturdy. The pad itself is covered with a nice, durable material that can be wiped off with a damp cloth. The pad heats up quickly and is easy to adjust to the correct temperature. AMAZING PRODUCT! AAA+ QUALITY
Recently got this chair mat and it's very practical for me. I sit on it it while watching TV, resting, eating, talking on the phone, enjoying a drink, surfing my laptopd, answering text messages, emails, and so on. I have a lower back pain. After I sit on it for about 40 mins to an hour, I don't feel pain any more. It soothes me a lot and makes me sleepy. My wife actually asked me to buy one more. Now we take turns to use it, she also enjoys it very much. We utilize it every evening. I found the heat inside the body can be maintained with this thing better than taking a hot shower.
