Received in 3 days to NC. Sellers gave same day response to messages and gave helpful suggestions. Booted first time, after clearing NVRAM. After checking that everything worked I tested performance using Cinebench. It tested equal to new Xeon CPUs Has been running for a week without any problems or odd behavior.
