Negative feedbackby e***1During past monthI have used my unit for one week so far. It began to make a high pitch constant squeak yesterday and continues to do so today as well. It makes the squeak at every speed except 1 and 2 (out of 10). It was supposed to operate like-new and clearly doesn't. Not happy with the purchase.

It also does not work on my fan. I have even tried new batteries. I just opened my package at night and will be calling dyson in the morning. I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this but I am not to impressed with my first dyson product.

I was told the fan was returned to them, and they sent me my money back. Not saying why the fan was sent back, or would I like a replacement so I could have the two fans ,I hard ordered. Plus would they have reimbursed me if I had not written them, I don't know

The issue is that the fan itself isn’t great. From about 10’ away you can only feel a breeze between speeds 7 and 10 but the noise is like having your car ac on full blast. I have two AM07s which are amazing but this TP02 has left a lot to be desired. Wish I had done my research on this before buying.
