I received this item with the product description and information insert gone. The part had black oil and grime on it as if it was taken off another vehicle and sold to me. Then I asked for a return this is what I was told "It make no sense to accept a return, your part is 100% new i don’t see any oily spots, I guess who ever made it had dirty hands idk, and your missing a piece of paper?,you have a brand new unused part install it and it’ll be fine, I have sold 40-50 of these with ZERO issues."
