I'm a 2XL in shirts, the bicep measurement said I would be XL, but the L brace I decided to get is a perfect fit. So, it does run large and is also long. I have 3" above and 3" below on my arm that's not covered by the brace. Very substantial elbow support in everyday activity. Working on finetuning for sleep use.
