I was surprised at the low price for this trigger. I was a little worried about going to a long pad but this fits my hand even better than the original A1 trigger that was in the 1911. I think this completes the appearance I was going for this this 1911. If I build another 1911 this is the trigger I'll put in that one too.

The Wilson trigger slides smoothly and fit in the frame with very little wobble. Tolerances were just right. My 40+ year old trigger was sloppy and worn and the new trigger was the final part needed toward a pistol with all new parts. Glad I bought it. Hooper gun works always seems to have just what I need.

Repeat customer. *Just a note about Wolff 1911 Recoil Springs, I’ve ordered several different ones and all of them have a sharp barbed edge on one end of the spring. You will need to sand or file the sharp spring end to smooth it down. I expected Wolff to be better than this. There are other brands that are made & finished much better.
